Hydration that stays where you put it.
A two step system for locs and natural hair, formulated by a loctician. Mist to hydrate. Oil to seal.
Most products never get past the surface.
Brittle ends. Dry locs. Curls that lose their definition by Tuesday. Moisture that seems to evaporate within hours of wash day. Natural hair does not struggle because you neglected it. It struggles because most of what you put on it sits on top and waits to be washed off.
Wash day should not be the only day your hair feels hydrated.
Two steps, a few minutes, and hydration you are not chasing again the next morning.
1
Quench Mist. Water goes in.
A water based mist that absorbs cleanly instead of coating. It carries moisture into the strand rather than parking it on the outside, which is why it leaves nothing behind in your locs. Use it daily or every other day.

2
Nourish Elixir. Water stays in.
Penetrating oils rather than heavy waxes. The elixir seals the moisture in so it is still there tomorrow, without the residue that builds up inside locs over time. Two or three times a week is enough.
Formulated on a loctician chair, not in a lab you have never heard of.
Dr. Val is a trained loctician her clients know as The Loc Doc. She built Solace after years of watching good products fail for one reason: none of them were designed for the way locs actually hold moisture. Every formula started with real hair, in her chair, in front of a real client.

Questions Val gets asked most
Is this only for locs?
Not at all. Dr. Val formulated the system around the needs of locs, meaning lightweight and no buildup, but the ingredients suit every natural texture. Loose curls, braids, twists, and microlocs all respond to it.
Will it cause buildup in my locs?
No, and it is the thing we guard against hardest. The Quench Mist is water based and absorbs cleanly. The Nourish Elixir uses penetrating oils rather than heavy waxes. Used as directed, neither leaves residue behind.
How often should I use it?
Listen to your hair, but for most people the mist works daily or every other day. The elixir goes on two or three times a week to seal that moisture in.
I have low porosity hair. Will this work?
Yes. The mist uses lightweight botanical ingredients that get into the hair shaft without needing heat to open the cuticle. Apply it after a warm shower for the best absorption.
What is the difference between the mist and the elixir?
Think of it the way you think about skincare. The mist is your water. The elixir is your oil. You need both, because without the seal the water simply leaves again.
